no-show clause

No-shows happen. We have a clear policy so you're never stuck holding the bill for a lead that didn't show.

What this means for you

You will never be billed for an appointment that didn't actually happen. The calendar is the only source of truth.

Appointment is only billable after both conditions are met. Not before.

Per-appointment pricing

You pay per confirmed appointment. Each appointment must appear on your calendar with a confirmed time slot and the lead's real contact info. Pending holds don't count. We invoice monthly based on actual booked appointments.

Monthly retainer ($2k/mo)

You get a committed number of qualified bookings per month as part of your retainer. If we fall below that threshold in a given month, the difference rolls into a credit for the following month — you don't lose that volume. We track it, we report it, you see it on your invoice.

Invoice transparency

Every month you'll receive a line-item report: which appointments booked, which leads qualified, which no-shows were re-engaged. No black box. If you have questions about a specific charge, we walk through the conversation transcripts together.

what if i cancel mid-month?
You can cancel anytime. You're billed only for qualified appointments that actually booked before your cancellation date — nothing else. No cancellation fees, no prorated minimums that sneak in.
do you charge setup fees?
No. Setup is included — GHL integration, chatbot training, Instagram connection, calendar sync. We don't make money on onboarding. We make money when you book appointments.
who owns the leads?
You do. Every lead we book flows into your GHL account — contacts, conversation history, appointment details, all of it. You own the data. We don't resell it, hold it hostage, or use it to compete with you.
what if my staff doesn't follow up?
Bookr qualifies and books — your team confirms and serves. If your front desk doesn't confirm or follow through on appointments we send, that's a downstream issue we're not responsible for. But we'll flag patterns: if you're consistently getting leads that don't convert at the front desk, we'll tell you and suggest a fix. We're invested in the full funnel working.
do i need GoHighLevel?
GHL is our preferred CRM and calendar system — it powers the booking and SMS workflow end-to-end. If you're already on GHL, integration takes a day. If you're not, we can help you set it up — it's $50–$100/mo and we've seen every med spa eventually migrate there anyway. We can work with other setups too, but GHL is where we perform best.
how fast until the first booking?
Most clients see their first booked appointment within 5–10 days of going live. The first week is calibration — we tune the chatbot responses based on your specific services and lead responses. After that, it's a consistent cadence. We don't promise a specific number of appointments in a specific time frame, but we do promise that qualified pipeline starts flowing fast.
