No-shows happen. We have a clear policy so you're never stuck holding the bill for a lead that didn't show.
You will never be billed for an appointment that didn't actually happen. The calendar is the only source of truth.
Appointment is only billable after both conditions are met. Not before.
You pay per confirmed appointment. Each appointment must appear on your calendar with a confirmed time slot and the lead's real contact info. Pending holds don't count. We invoice monthly based on actual booked appointments.
You get a committed number of qualified bookings per month as part of your retainer. If we fall below that threshold in a given month, the difference rolls into a credit for the following month — you don't lose that volume. We track it, we report it, you see it on your invoice.
